We sometimes get the question:
Why do I need to enter my username and password twice to login into my vault?
When you create a workspace, each workspace gets its own URL. When you try to access your workspace from app.hypervault.com, our system first lists all workspaces that you are a member of.
If you want to skip this step and log in just once, you need to go directly to your own Hypervault workspace URL (for example company.hypervault.com), instead of using app.hypervault.com.
Therefore it's a good idea to just create a bookmark in your browser for direct access to your organization's Workspace.
