Expired invitation

When you invited someone to your workspace, but the other party wasn't able to activate their invite within 24h, the invitation token becomes invalid and you need to resend the invite again.

How to resend the invite:

  1. head over to 'people & teams'
  2. Click on the person in the list with account status 'pending'
  3. A panel appears. On the bottom you have the button 'resend invite', which will resend the invitation email.
  4. The person who receives the invitation can press one of the links in the mail to activate the account. If the buttons or links do not work, right-click on them to copy the URL and paste them in your browser.
